Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: September 28, 2026

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of FarmOS Africa services.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@farmos.africa.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the phone number or email address you used to communicate with FarmOS Africa so we can identify the relevant records.
4. Briefly state that you want your personal information deleted.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you before deleting information. Please do not send passwords or other highly sensitive credentials.

What happens next

After verification, we will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information from systems we control, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or record-retention requirements.

Third-party platforms

Some information may also be processed by third-party services used to operate FarmOS Africa, such as WhatsApp/Meta, cloud hosting, automation, or AI providers. Where appropriate, deletion requests may require action under those providers' own policies and tools.
