You may use FarmOS Africa services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring that your use of the services complies with applicable law.

2. Service information

FarmOS Africa may provide information relating to agriculture, farm operations, products, services, logistics, technology, or customer support. Information provided through automated or AI-assisted systems is intended to support users and may require human review for important commercial, technical, financial, or operational decisions.

3. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the services from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FarmOS Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services or reliance on information provided through them.
